PRN German partner Sympra has gained Jagori Dhar (34) as a senior communication professional with considerable international exposure. She joins Sympra from India where she was Head of Press and Communications at the British High Commission (Embassy) in New Delhi. As the head of commercial communications, Jagori led on high-level visits by British Prime Minister Theresa May, British Royals Prince Carles, Duchess of Cornwall, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Prince William and Kate to India.

She was Media Manager at Greenpeace India where she led the organisation in Strategic and Creative Communication Campaigns. She was also a member of Greenpeace International Crisis Response Lab – responsible for advising the organisation globally on crisis communications. Prior to taking on a communications role, Jagori was a Senior Political Correspondent and Presenter with India’s leading English news broadcaster Times Now.

Jagori holds a Master’s Degree in International Journalism from Cardiff University and has recently completed an executive programme in Strategic Marketing from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is an expert in digital marketing and English language communications for both commercial and development needs.

At Sympra Jagori will primarily handle clients with an international outreach and foster activities in collaboration with PRN partner agencies.

“We are happy to have Jagori in our team. With extensive global and professional experience in two diverse areas of business and development communications, she would be adding to the strength of our agency and help us reach out to more international projects,” says Sympra’s managing director and PRN’s chairman Veit Mathauer.
