Prova doubles down on service excellence with new appointment
Prova, the UK’s leading cleantech, future mobility and circular economy communications consultancy, has appointed Vicky Jaycock as client services manager. Committed to setting the standards in exceptional customer service, Jaycock will play a driving role in managing client relationships, alongside supporting Prova’s wider business growth strategy.
With an extensive background working with some of the UK’s leading brands, Jaycock has managed award-winning teams and delivered internationally-acclaimed marketing programmes. Reporting into the leadership team, Jaycock will be responsible for client retention and expansion, as well as resourcing and internationalisation.
