One of the main objectives of the Public Relations Network is to provide high-level consultancy and international support for our clients in cooperation with our member agencies worldwide. When our Austrian agency partner, Milestones in Communication, asked for PR support in Germany for its client, Ausgespielt – music furniture, Sympra jumped at the opportunity to support.
Milestones has been supporting the creative and motivated entrepreneur Samuel Karl and his brand, Ausgespielt, with PR since 2018. Utilizing used instruments, the 26-year-old Austrian builds unique, handcrafted furniture; for example, he turned a guitar into a practical sideboard and a piano into a comfortable couch. With his philosophy “everyone deserves a second chance,” Samuel gives used instruments new meaning for its owners and supports the idea of recycling.
With the help of Milestones, Ausgespielt is a well-known brand within the Austrian music and architecture scene. With the goal to step into the German market, Sympra proposed strategic measures and thought of potential target groups. The idea was to send out press releases to targeted media and to cooperate with bloggers to maximize reach. Samuel decided to send out a press release to present the brand and concept of “Ausgespielt – music furniture”. Target media were music, architecture, interior design and lifestyle as well as journalists with focus on culture and art. Throughout the whole cooperation Milestones and Sympra worked together synergistically. Print and online clippings were proof of this successful inter-country project. “With the support of Milestones and Sympra, I am happy that my music furniture has become known to people in both Austria and Germany,” said entrepreneur Samuel Karl. “I am looking forward to see where I can take my music furniture next.”
While there are no further activities planned for this project for the moment, Milestones and Sympra have several other cooperations in the pipeline.
