PRN partner agencies, F1rstcomm, based in Mexico, and Boulevard Public Relations in Canada, worked together to launch the alliance between TouchBistro and EVO Payments in Mexico. This alliance was very relevant since the integration of payment methods will provide a unique differentiator and a lot of added value for TouchBistro’s customers and potential clients in Mexico.
We wanted to create coverage that would benefit both partners but ultimately highlight TouchBistro’s benefits and app. For that purpose, F1rstcomm and Boulevard PR worked on the distribution of a press release and the coordination of one-on-one interviews with the brand’s spokespersons. These efforts secured coverage in both trade and business media, positioning the brand and its key messages among target audiences.
The highlight of these efforts was the participation of Alex Barotti, CEO of TouchBistro, on CNN’s Dinero TV show. This particular space has regional reach (Latin America) and focuses on innovation, and business and technology, both of which are topics related to our client’s brand. CNN Dinero is broadcast during the Primetime slot (20:00hrs) and reaches every corner in the region. After the broadcast, we saw visits to TouchBistro’s website and leads in Mexico spike, providing a different and measurable Return on Investment for the marketing team.
