High quality standards, lean and effective processes and close teamwork have paid off – PR agency Sympra has once again been certified according to the international quality standard CMS III.

During the one-day audit, the agency was able to demonstrate that its internal processes, working techniques and commercial management meet international standards of quality, transparency and efficiency.

The standard is represented by the international umbrella organisation of the PR and communications industry ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organisation) and is continuously developing. In Germany, the seal is awarded by GPRA, the society of leading PR and communications agencies, of which Sympra is a member.
