4 ACE, the PRN’s Romanian partner, organized one of the most original unconventional PR campaigns by inviting the famous Alain Robert to Romania. He travelled to the country to promote the new store concept and the brand Flanco by climbing the Intercontinental building, a symbol of Bucharest.
Alain Robert, alias Spiderman, is well known for his ability to climb the tallest buildings in the world, such as Burj Kalifa, the tallest building in the world as well as the Empire State Building, to name but a few.
The PR results obtained by this unconventional campaign are indeed spectacular: 'over 70 prime time TV news, over 3 days, with an estimated rate card of 200,000 Euro, live broadcast of the entire climb by 4 TV stations: TVR, Realitatea, Antena3 and B1TV and international publicity through the participation of international press representatives from Associated Press, Reuters, CNN (ireport.cnn.com) and Duna.'
