The PRN Board is comprised of three elected members from within the Public Relations Network.

Sandrine Auvray started her career in 1992 as Head of Communications at CGER France Bank. She founded the PR agency AUVRAY & ASSOCIÉS in 1995, specialising in consulting and implementing PR measures. She is Managing Director of the Agency and ensures its commercial development. She graduated at École Française des Attachés de Presse (EFAP – French School for PR agents) and also taught there. Sandrine AUVRAY is a member of Board at SYNAP, Federation of French Press Agencies as well as the Public Relations Network.

The Soluzione Group, an Italian communication agency, was founded in 1988 in Brescia. Fabrizio started his career as a graphic designer in 1979 in a small advertising agency, and in 1988 he founded Soluzione Group, an agency specialized in advertising and public relations. Soluzione Group is member of ASSOREL - Italian Association of PR agencies, and now has 25 employees, an expected turnover of about 1.400 million Euros and approx. 80 customers. Fabrizio SENICI is also member of the Board of Innovative Services of AIB (Brescia’s Industrial Association).

While studying economics at the University of Hohenheim (1983-1989), Veit Mathauer worked as a freelance journalist in the public relations department of Alcatel SEL AG in Stuttgart (1986-1989) and also wrote for the "Computer Zeitung" in Leinfelden-Echterdingen (1988-1989). Following his studies, he became Head of Marketing at the Center for International Competitiveness at the Instituto Tecnológico in Monterrey, Mexico (1989). After returning to Germany, he worked on the editorial team in the press department at S&K Communications (1990-1991). In 1992 he became a managing partner of Sympra GmbH. Veit Mathauer studied business administration at the Danube University in Krems from 1995-1999, finishing with an MBA.

Jorge Acosta studied political science at the Iberoamericana University of Mexico City (1989-1994). From 1996 to 1997 he studied international communication at the City University and gained experience within the Public Relations and Communications Industry at the Office of the Presidency in Mexico. From 1999 to 2005 he worked for Edelman PR and also became PR Coordinator for Microsoft Mexico. Jorge is the Managing Director of Alterpraxis based in Mexico, and a board member of the Public Relations Network (PRN).
