At present, Alterpraxis employs 12 people and has a portfolio of 12 retained clients: Anixter, Bombardier Transportation, Calica, Dominion Mexico, FEMSA, Gabsol, HayGroup, Kellogg, Leapfrog, Microsoft (Hardware and Entertainment Division), Roche and Urbi. In July 2007, just two and a half years after its opening, Alterpraxis was ranked the 6th most important agency in Mexico by the Mexican Association of Public Relations Professionals.
